The Emial box– Message Thread View

The Email box is a place where all messages sent directly to a specific user are stored.

 

Every message sent to the user will automatically appear in their inbox. Additionally, any replies sent by the recipient via email will also be visible, ensuring that the entire correspondence is kept in one organized location.

 

If a received message comes from a participant registered in Mondo Infano, a participant card containing all the participant's information will be displayed in the message view.
