Connecting an email inbox

Mondo Infano allows you to connect an external email inbox.
 

Messages received in this inbox are automatically fetched and converted into internal messages within the Mondo Infano system.

To connect an email inbox:

1. Expand the "Settings" tab from the side menu.

2. Select "Communication."

3. Go to the "Email boxes" tab.

4. Click the "New Email box" button.

5. Enter your email inbox details: host, port, email address, and password. Then click "Save."

If you're unsure about these settings, check the website of your email provider.
