Automatic messages are messages sent automatically based on events occurring within the system.
The administrator can define automated messages as follows:
1. Expand the "Settings" tab from the side menu.
2. Select the "Automatic messages".
3. Click the "Add automatic message" button if you want to create a new one,
or choose a message from the displayed list to edit an existing one.
To the Participant
Registration of participant – sent after the recruitment form is submitted.
Activation of participant – sent when a participant is moved from the Waiting List to Active Participants.
Message after creating a group – sent from the group level using a dedicated button (more about this message type in the manual).
Suspend participant– sent when the participant’s status is changed to “suspended.”
Unsuspend participant – sent when the participant is reinstated to active status.
Unsubscribing a participant – sent when the participant is unenrolled from classes.
Changing the date of classes – sent when changes are made to the class schedule
