Setting communication permissions allows you to define rules determining which user roles are allowed to send messages.
To set communication permissions:
1.Expand the “Settings” tab from the side menu.
2.Then select and expand “Communication”.
3.Choose the “Communication permissions” tab.
4. A table will be displayed.
In the columns of the table, you can see the user roles that are allowed to send messages.
In the rows, you can see the possible message recipients:
- No restrictions – allows sending messages to any user in the system.
- Instructor – allows sending messages only to users with the Instructor role.
- Sales representative– allows sending messages to Sales users.
- Parents – allows sending messages to all parents.
