Importing bank statements

LUDO allows you to import bank statements and retrieve information about incoming transfers.

To import a statement : 

1. Expand the "LUDO" tab from the side menu.

2. Then expand the "Finances" section.

3. Select "Payment list".

4. Click the "Import a statement" button.

5. Fill out the form and save.

NOTE:
To ensure that payments are automatically assigned to participants, the individual participant number must be included in the transfer title.

Payments that cannot be automatically matched will appear in the Unassigned Payments list and can be manually assigned by the administrator.
