Creating a collection scheme

A debt collection scheme is a structured set of steps that form a consistent and effective sequence of actions to remind individuals about outstanding payments.

To create a collection scheme:
1. Expand the "Settings" tab from the side menu.
2. Select "Finance".
3. Go to the "Debt collection steps" section
4. Select multiple collection steps using the checkboxes on the right side of the list.
5. Then click the "Create a collection scheme" button.
