Applying debt collection steps/Collection schemes to a group

After creating debt collection steps or a collection scheme, you can assign them to a selected group. From that moment, collection messages will be sent automatically to all group participants with outstanding payments.

To apply debt collection steps or a collection scheme to a group, select them during:

• the creation of a new group, or
• the editing of an existing group.
