Activating a participant

After filling out the registration form, a user goes to the Waiting Room, where they can be converted into an active participant.

To activate a participant:

1. Expand the “LUDO” tab from the side menu.

2. Select “Waiting room”.

3. A list of participants waiting for activation will be displayed.

4. There are two ways to activate a participant:

• Select them from the list and click the “Activate” button.
• Or go to the Action column and click the rocket icon.
