In the Mondo Infano system, it is possible to add documents related to instructor verification. These include, among others:
- CV
- A copy of the diploma confirming education and/or certificates of an instructor, trainer, or activity leader
- Certificate of no criminal record
- Declaration of not being listed in the Register of Sex Offenders
- Non-compete agreement
- Confidentiality agreement
- Signed Standards for the Protection of Minors
- Signed declaration of responsibility for child safety – required for class hospitalization purposes
The administrator can also define their own types of required documents in:
Ludo > Administration > Settings > Instructor Documents
The Mondo system offers several options for adding documents:
1. Adding documents when adding a new instructor
While adding a new instructor, the form includes a section related to documents.
2. Through the instructor’s profile
To add documents via the instructor's profile:
1. Expand the “LUDO” tab from the side menu.
2. Select “Instructors”.
3. From the list of instructors, choose the one you’re interested in and click on their details (name, email, phone number).
4. Go to the “Files” tab.
5. Click the + icon to add the appropriate document.
NOTE: You can delete or download an uploaded instructor document.
3. Through editing the instructor profile
To add documents via instructor profile editing:
1. Expand the “LUDO” tab from the side menu.
2. Select “Instructors”.
3. From the list of instructors, choose the one you’re interested in and click on their details (name, email, phone number).
4. In the “Data” tab, scroll to the bottom of the profile and click the “Edit instructor” button.
5. In the form, add the desired documents.
