Adding commission through institutions

To add a commission:

1. Expand the "LUDO" tab from the side menu.

2. Select "Institutions".

3. From the list of institutions, choose the one you're interested in and click its name.

4. Go to the "Commissions" tab.

5. Click the "Add commission" button.

6. Fill in the form and save.
