The Tasks Module allows you to manage your work or that of other sales representatives.
Tasks in MI TEKO relate to sales reps and are linked to sales reports.
To add a task:
1. Expand the "LUDO" tab from the side menu.
2. Select the "Institutions" tab.
3. From the list of Institutions, please choose the one you're interested in and click its name.
4. Go to the "Tasks" tab.
5. Click the "Add task" button.
6. Fill out the form and save.
NOTE:
Tasks in the system have three statuses: To Do, In Progress, and Done.
To update a task’s status in the web application, go to the task details (by clicking the eye icon), select the appropriate status, and then click Save.
We recommend updating task statuses regularly as work progresses — this helps improve workflow organization and enables real-time progress tracking.
