Check attendance

To check attendance for a class using the web browser

1. Click to expend the "LUDO" menu from the side panel.

2. Select the "Classes" tab.

3. Find the group you want to work with, then in the "Activities" column, click the check attendance icon. 

On the attendance screen, you can select an attendance status for each participant individually or apply the same status to all participants at once. Participants marked as suspended will also be shown.

WARNING : The attendance list displays additional icons for useful information:

• Camera icon -  the participant has given consent to appear in photos or videos.
• Birthday cake icon -  the participant has a birthday within a week before or after the classes.
• Medal icon - the participant is attending the classes for the very first time.
