To add a group:
1. Click to expand the "LUDO" menu from the side panel.
2. Select the "Groups" tab.
3. Click on the button "Add group".
4. Complete the form fields :
- Name - enter your chosen name for the group.
- Type of class - select the appropriate type of classes. This defines the default class scenario, which is useful when reporting their progress.
- Facilities - select a previously created facility from the list.
- Instructors - choose from the list of available instructors.
- Payment source - select the appropriate option:
– Parents – if each participant's guardian is responsible for the payment,
– Client – if a single entity (e.g., the facility) covers the cost of the entire class - Payment Schedule - select a previously created payment schedule. You will be able to edit it later.
- Child limit - specify the maximum number of participants in the group. Once this limit is reached, the system will show a warning when trying to add more children.
- Number of children - fill in this field if you're not adding individual participants but want to define the total number.
- Collection scheme - select a previously prepared debt collection scheme.
- Large group - check this option if the group is to have the "Large Group" status, which means classes are split into multiple sessions. This status allows adding multiple reports for a single class.
5. Click Save
