Viewing Responses

Once responses have been received, they can be reviewed.

To view responses:

1. Expand the “LUDO” tab from the side menu.

2. Then select “Forms”.

3. Go to the “Activities” column.

4. Choose one of the available options:

• The eye icon allows you to preview the responses.
• The download icon lets you download all responses as an Excel file.
