Creating a form

Forms are used to collect data from users. A Survey-type form allows for gathering any kind of information, while a Registration form enables users to sign up for classes independently.

To create a form:

1. Expand the "LUDO" tab from the side menu.

2. Select "Forms".

3. Click the "New form" button

4. When the form editor opens, select the "Survey" form type and assign a name. Once these steps are completed, the system will automatically generate a link to the published form.

NOTE: 

To add questions or other elements to the form, simply drag the desired components from the right-hand panel into the main form area.

Each added element can be edited – you can change its name, available options, and whether it’s required. The range of available settings may vary depending on the selected element type.
